The thesis
AI didn't create the university's weaknesses. It made them visible.
Assessment that no longer evidences learning, curricula disconnected from the capabilities the world of work demands, AI strategies reduced to licences and workshops. Incremental change is no longer enough.
My territory is not educational AI, nor active methodologies, nor technology. It is the institutional architecture that keeps a university relevant, trustworthy and able to prove the value it creates.
